The group is managed by Mr. Javaheri, who is a licensed and very experienced California Real Estate Broker. He oversees acquisitions for MAS, targeting demand-driven markets with strong job and population growth and pursuing joint venture arrangements with strategic partners. Based on analysis of market conditions and customer demand, the group seeks development opportunities of land parcels owned by MAS and/or other private owners, as well as build-to-suit opportunities.
The group also guides select dispositions within the portfolio and oversees the company's commercial and residential investments.
